5. ORDER

To order the lot\lots you liked you need to pass through a quick registration. After that the line with the choice of the lot and its order will be available for you. After adding a lot to the basket you need to include your contact information and confirm the order. At this moment your order is going to be processed by our managers. All further actions for payment, delivery and accompaniment will be coordinated by our managers with you individually.

 

6. PAYMENT

Buying goods, every customer has the opportunity to pay for the order in a way convenient for him

CASH PAYMENT

Cash payment is carried out only at the time of shipment of goods. The maximum amount of cash is 15,000 euros

The cash payment can be made both by the customer himself and his representative. The shipping forwarder may act as a representative

BANK TRANSFER

The customer can pay for the goods by bank transfer to our bank account. We will send you a bill to the e-mail, as well as bank details for payment. We ship the goods only if the amount of the order is fully paid. After receiving a confirmation of payment from your bank, send it to our e-mail.

ONLINE PAYMENT

You can also pay for the goods through the PAY PAL online payment system.

In this case we send a letter with a link to the payment and the customer having a VISA or MASTERCARD bank card, can instantly pay the order. It is not necessary to register your account in PAY PAL. The commission and conditions depend on the region and country of the client, for your awareness go to the official PAY PAL website.

 

7. DELIVERY

Our company offers all possible delivery options. All shipments are made from our warehouse in Rzeszow (Poland).

SELF-DELIVERY

The customer has the opportunity to get the paid goods and pick it up in the warehouse  from 9.00 am. to 5.00 pm., Mon. - Fr.

DELIVERY

Throughout our existence, we have worked out some quick and safe variants of delivery all over the world. Our partners are global logistic companies such as DHL, TNT, EMS and others.

Depending on the volume of the order, as well as the direction, we will offer the most advantageous option for the client.

 

8. GOODS RECEIVING

The goods are considered to be accepted by the Buyer, if within 1 week

after the Goods receiving, the buyer did not file a claim for the quantity or

quality of the delivered consignment of Goods. The buyer draw up an acceptance certificate for the goods with the filled table according to the Application, which we will send by e-mail. In case of a discrepancy in the quantity or excess of % of clothing with an unrecoverable defect exceeding 3% of the total quantity, the Buyer shall file a claim by attaching photos of the defective products or showing these products to our representative.

All such complaints that are submitted within 1 week will be reviewed by the responsible manager, afterwards the options for solving this issue will be offered.
